The role:

Interim Damp & Mould Disrepair Surveyor

Essential requirements:

Experience working in a similar role within a social housing or housing association setting

Damp & Mould experience

Disrepair, Pre/post inspections

Experience educating tenants on damp and mould.

Job Details:

Contract Length: up to 12 months

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Rates are negotiable DOE

Location: South West

IR35 status: Inside
