Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective dance lessons to students at the secondary school level.
• Inspire and motivate students to develop a love for dance and an appreciation for the art form.
• Create a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students can participate and thrive.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the dance curriculum.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events related to dance.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in dance instruction and choreography.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to nurturing student's talents and abilities.
• Excellent classroom management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work as part of a team.
