Job Title: Danish Speaking Customer Service Executive
Location: Central Birmingham (Predominately Hybrid)
About the Role:
Seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the team, providing exceptional service to a global customer base. Responsibilities include managing customer queries, coordinating appointments, troubleshooting and ensuring seamless customer interactions.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to devices and apps.
- Manage customer interactions during service appointments.
- Fluent in Danish.
- Coordinate job bookings.
- Schedule and liaise with service engineer network.
- Utilise CRM systems for customer support and reporting.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and customer management skills.
- Familiarity with Apple and Android OS.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
