Admin Officer

This is a temporary contract role until March 2025 for Admin officer's role with an immediate start date (Compliance dependant) for a four-month duration with a possible extension offering 5 days in office work setting and based in Kent
Job Description:
Admin role, responsibilities include drawing orders, dealing with correspondence, dealing with customer queries by phone and email, use of windows 10 and Microsoft essential. Must be confident with IT and Usher post, duties include but not limited to working with jurors, sitting in court, maintaining court room, first contact for court users, photocopying, liaising with judiciary, other court staff and professional users. Excellent customer service skills and use of windows 10 including Microsoft essential.
