An exciting opportunity has arisen within a Data Consultancy for a Data & AI Programme Architect. You will play a vital role in delivering operational, scalable data and AI solutions, giving technical guidance across a variety of projects. You will be a self-starter, keen to further develop your technical and consultancy experience within a rewarding and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
�Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of data projects.
�Design and implement data architecture solutions for complex enterprise systems.
�Define and implement data standards, guidelines, and best practices for data management.
�Build and lead dynamic data focused teams
�Own and manage key relationships with client stakeholders, leveraging your institutional knowledge and expertise, and ensuring buy-in to the agreed strategies
�Support the growth of our dynamic boutique consultancy across a wide variety of areas
Requirements:
�Strong background in data architecture and data engineering, particularly with Microsoft Azure and Databricks products.
�Excellent data programme delivery skills
�Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices, with experience of Microsoft Purview.
�Focused and dynamic people leadership & people development skills
�Confidence to challenge existing ways of working, recognise opportunities and identify innovative solutions.
�Strong grasp of detail and a hands-on' approach.
�Excellent analytical skills and ability to assess complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
�Effective communication/interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
