Our client a global organisation specialising in financial software is now seeking a talented Data Analyst for a 6 month contract with possible extension.
Duties
- You will develop and implement Customer Success dashboards that will analyze and report on call-centre sales activities
- Utilize SQL and Python to query databases, perform data manipulation, and automate analysis processes.
- Support experimentation efforts by analyzing and reporting on A/B testing results.
- Provide historical data for key metrics to help establish baseline performance and experiment targets.
Skills
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience working with call centre data, including understanding of metrics and KPIs
- Experience in building dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qliksense.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and processes.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modelling would be a useful asset.
