As a Data Analyst at Accelerant, you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making and contribute to the success of our organization.How will you spend your timeConduct detailed data analysis on members' data, including profiling the data, identifying data gaps and reporting improvement recommendations.Configure automated data processes and ensure efficient data handling and reporting.Proactively identify data quality issues and implement remediation strategies to resolve key data quality concerns.Work closely with cross-functional Agile product engineering teams to improve the data pipelines, data quality and provide data-driven insights.Collaborate with other teams and departments to understand their data needs and provide appropriate support.Identify areas for process improvement and work with the team to implement solutions.You will be successful if you haveA Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, statistics, mathematics).Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or Python.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus.You will thrive if you areEnthusiastic about exploring and interpreting data to uncover insights.Proactive and able to take initiative in a fast-paced Agile environment.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality, accurate results.Adaptable and open to learning new tools and technologies.A strong communicator and team player.Data Analyst - Insurance - REMOTE UK
