Leading Consumer Health, Wellness and Home Business,
on the search for a
Data Analyst.
This is a permanent role based in
London, UK.
As a
Data Analyst,
you will play a pivotal role in leveraging BI software to analyse complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and drive strategic decisions to enhance business performance and customer experience. Your analyses will illuminate the paths for product evolution and will be key in bringing the very best of the company’s brand to their customers.
You will play a crucial role in helping to define roadmaps for global markets, identifying opportunities for improvement, liaising with senior 3rd-party stakeholders, and forecasting products timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, pattens and insights to improve business outcomes.
Effectively communicate discoveries and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders, distilling intricate data concepts into actionable insights and business implications.
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data across various business data platforms and systems.
Stay abreast of industry dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes via diligent market research and analysis. Harness external data sources, market intelligence, and keep up to date on the latest AI advancements.
Utilize data-driven insights to enrich the customer journey, personalize marketing endeavours, and refine product functionalities to augment user satisfaction.
What are we looking for?
Proven experience (2+ years) in a deep-seated analytical and e-commerce role, with a proven track record of creating valuable insights.
Strong technical proficiency in data analytics tools and technologies (SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI) and experience with data warehousing and business intelligence platforms.
Expertise and proficiency in machine learning, and data analytics, with a strong foundation in programming and data visualization tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
