About the Role:
As a Data Analyst at Apply4U, you will play a key role in analysing and interpreting data to drive smarter decisions across the business. Your insights will help optimise our platform, enhance user experience, and support the development of AI-based recruitment solutions. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Analyse platform data to track user engagement, job applications, and recruitment success rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Extract, clean, and manage large datasets from multiple sources including our own platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as user activity and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategy optimisation.
- Conduct predictive analyses to forecast recruitment trends and improve job seeker-recruiter matching algorithms.
- Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the user journey and propose data-backed solutions for platform enhancements.
- Support the development of AI and machine learning models by preparing and analysing relevant data inputs.
What You’ll Need:
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to innovate and improve processes.
Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a tech-driven company is a plus.
