Our client based in Coventry is recruiting a Data Analyst on a permanent basis to be responsible for managing and processing data from various sources and presenting it in clear and concise reports and dashboards. This is a vital role within the company, that helps the business to make informed decisions, improve performance, and meet client expectations. You will also contribute to the overall quality and efficiency of the internal business operations.
Key Responsibilities:-

• Diligently compile data from various sources .
\n
• Ensure precise updates and generation of diverse reports 
\n
• Develop and maintain accurate reporting dashboards for the business's review.
\n
• Keep the European company dashboard current with precise data.
\n
• Craft and finalise reports of a high quality.
\n
• Consistently refresh the client dashboard with up-to-date information.
\n
• Produce and refine productivity reports each month.
\n
• Assemble a comprehensive consolidated report.
\n
• Complete invoicing data entries and supply this verified information to the Accounts team weekly.
\n
• Provide as-needed assistance to central services such as Health & Safety and Audit in generating reports with supplied data, and in devising appropriate template reports for their usage.
\n
• Streamline data and tailor reports for enhanced suitability across the business.
\n

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
\n
• Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work based on needs of the business
\n
• Demonstrated ability to create various reports and using Excel formulas and Power BI to create dashboards independently and scrutinise/analyse various data
