p Join us as a Data & Analytics Manager /p br Increase your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application. br ul li You’ll take a pivotal role in our data transformation journey by designing and maintaining a data model of Risk & Finance Data Product (RFDP) and leading a team of analysts to deliver practical strategies and solutions that drive improved customer outcomes /li li We’ll look to you to oversee and lead complex data driven solutions which support changing business demand and deliver the best outcome for the customer /li li This is an opportunity to take on a leadership role in a cutting-edge Risk & Finance Data Control team that puts the customer at the heart of everything it does br /li /ul What you'll do p As Data & Analytics Manager, you'll be leading and developing a team of analysts tasked with delivering practical and valuable customer strategies and solutions that drive Risk and Finance reporting outputs. /p p You'll also drive and recommend improvement opportunities to your stakeholders, embedding a customer focused approach to analytics and the delivery of simple and effective solutions to complex problems. /p p Day-to-day, you’ll also be: /p ul li Setting and embedding the strategic vision for the adoption of new and emerging data solutions across the team /li li Providing advice to customers across Risk and Finance functions on how to use data within RFDP /li li Maintaining the logic between RFDP and data marts with tightly controlled ownership of the AWS data transformation rules /li li Defining and monitoring the data quality check and maintaining the control framework for the RFDP /li li Building stakeholder relationships across multiple franchises and functions, as well as with peers across the data and analytics community /li li Working closely with business users to identify their requirements and create effective solutions /li /ul The skills you'll need p We're looking for a people manager and data professional with accounting knowledge, who can really hit the ground running. You'll be able to draw on your previous leadership experience, and use your analytic skills and understanding of data and tools to provide effective solutions to complex problems. /p p You'll also demonstrate: /p ul li Strong experience in analytics, accounting and reporting /li li Good understanding of Risk and Finance systems /li li Specialist knowledge in risk and finance to support analytics /li li A proven track record of senior stakeholder management and engagement /li /ul
