Our client, an award-winning city law firm renowned for building lasting relationships with both public and private sector clients, is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and enjoyable working environment.Department:The successful candidate will join the Business Development & Marketing (BD) team, recognized for its commitment to high-quality service and smart delivery. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the Technology team, renowned for its excellence in providing top-tier technology solutions to support the firm's operations.Role Overview:As a CRM Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's BD strategy forward, particularly focusing on purpose-driven initiatives around pipeline, client, and prospect management. You will work within the Enterprise Systems and Data (EDS) team, reporting to both Technology and Business Development & Marketing, emphasizing the importance of collaboration across departments. Your responsibilities will include translating requirements from the BD team and the wider business into technical solutions, delivering projects independently or with support from internal resources, and ensuring the continuous improvement of BD system functionality.Key Responsibilities:Delivering automations and efficiencies for critical BD data, such as credentials and referrals.Supporting the delivery of the BD System strategy, including CRM data integration and reporting.Working on related CRM products, including integrations with mass email marketing channels.Independently delivering solutions for BD, marketing, and client reporting requests.Documenting changes and developments in the systems and assisting in user acceptance testing.Collaborating effectively with suppliers, particularly BD systems vendors.Key Stakeholders:Enterprise and Data Systems ManagerHead of Digital Marketing and BrandPersonal Specification – Knowledge, Skills & Experience:Experience with CRMs and their backends; specific legal experience advantageous.Familiarity with low code workflow technologies.Proficiency in process mapping and scoping solutions.Strong experience with SQL, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.Experience building Power BI and SSRS reports preferred.Knowledge of ITIL best practices and backlog management advantageous.Proactive, productive, and flexible team player.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients.Capable of handling pressure and critical delivery periods.Forward-thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.
