Electrical Data Centre Shift Technician – Continental
· Based in Hertfordshire at a state of the Art Data Centre · £51k - £52k+ 10% Annual Bonus ( Bonus paid last 4 years ) · Excellent Staff Retention – Great progression for the right people · Good Overtime Opportunities – Minimum of 22 Shifts a Year and also cover available on other sites · Private Healthcare personally and for the family · Company Pension Scheme – 5% both parties · 22 Days Annual Leave We are currently seeking an additional proactive Critical Electrically biased Shift Technician to be based at a large Data Centre in Hertfordshire working directly with the Data Hosting Company. The complex is known to have a very friendly atmosphere and can boast above average “Staff Retention Levels” to the envy of their close competitors. You would be working within a specialist Critical team you would be based at a state-of-the-art technical Data Centre that offers an excellent modern and clean environment to work within. This is an opportunity not to be missed with easy travel access out of the heart of London. “With the Current global uncertainty ” This role is worth a potential “Market Leading Salary of £56k incl. Bonus”, plus opportunities to boost this further with overtime. Electrically qualified engineers can come from a Critical background or other Engineering maintenance environments, such as Pharmaceutical, Power stations, Banking, Industrial or Maritime engineering. Candidates should ideally have completed an apprenticeship or have equivalent time-served experience within M&E maintenance environments. You would also have hands-on experience of covering the planned and reactive maintenance of Single & three-phase power, UPS, Power Generators, lighting, HVAC plant, air conditioning, etc. Candidates will need to have full electrical City & Guilds, or equivalent.
