Position: Data & Compliance Manager – Apprenticeships Location: Home based Salary: £45,000Team: Managing 2 x Compliance Officers We are looking for an experience Data & Compliance Manager from the Apprenticeship sector. This is a well respected Apprenticeship business with 1400 learners on program and growing! If you have a strong background in compliance, audit & data within Apprenticeships, we’d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:Establish and manage an internal audit cycleOversee and ensure the quality of ILR submission Maintain data health and ensure compliance with ESFA Manage and lead a team of two compliance officersTechnology enabled data reporting (Aptem) and producing Data insights for the COO. Prepare for ESFA audits. Requirements:Proven experience in a data, compliance & audit tole within Apprenticeships Familiarity with Aptem, or other learning/performance EdTech would be advantageous.
