Data Coordinator - Scientific

Job Title: Data Coordinator / Scientific Officer - Antimicrobial Resistance Location: Addlestone (hybrid working available with minimum 3 days in the office per week) Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Temporary assignment for 3 months You will be working with a leading organisation, in the heart of their policy team, working with key stakeholders across the business to deliver an annual report, highlighting commitments for the company 5 year action plan. Working alongside a team of specialists, you will be supporting a range of projects providing comprehensive administration support. Although training will be provided, we are looking for someone with a strong understanding, gained either through industry experience or education, in the following: Antimicrobial resistance in animals and/or key animal health/ farming issues Experience of maintaining scientific datasets to a high standard and preparation of scientific data for verbal and written reports Demonstrable self-efficacy and excellent organisational skills in planning and prioritising workload with competing priorities Experience of working effectively with a range of stakeholders within the agricultural, veterinary or scientific sectors You'll be involved in the analysis of large, sometimes complex datasets, and will contribute to the preparation and compilation of antimicrobial sales and use data for annual reporting purposes This is a great opportunity for someone to use their degree or background in veterinary, animal, biological or biomedical science and put this into practice. This role is being offered on a temporary basis for 3 months initially, with scope for extension. You will be required to work a minimum of 3 days from the office.
