Data Governance Manager

Data Governance Manager Central London (hybrid/flexible) £85k bonus Permanent HL11181 Finatal is currently working with a unified communications business on a rapid buy-and-build strategy after Private Equity investment from a mid-market tech fund. With this rapid growth, they are looking for a Data Lead with strong data governance expertise to drive optimisation and develop a data strategy aligning with the overall business strategy working closely with the C-suite and the Fund for the business. In the long term, you will have the opportunity to build a team to increase and maximise return on investment. Role: Reporting to the Corporate Development Director you will lead the optimisation of the data function this will involve hands-on technical skills to transform and optimise reporting capability rolling out Power BI and enable the business to streamline decision-making. This role has a strong focus on Data Governance, and you will be responsible for chairing and implementing the data governance board. Designing effective data governance frameworks helping to build a single source of truth from internal and external data sources. You will develop Enterprise Data roadmaps in line with the Corporate and Digital strategies. Requirements: Exceptional knowledge and experience to provide leadership on all aspects of the enterprise data management life cycle, and across disciplines such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data and Metadata. Technical skills across Alteryx, Azure, SQL Server, Power BI, SQL, and Python are needed for this role. Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
