Data Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced Data enthusiast to join them at the beginning of a transformation programme to improve their data services. This will be the first hire as the dedicated Data Lead reporting to the IT Director. The Data Lead will utilise internal resources to build not only a single Data Strategy but to create a cohesive function for the firm in the future. The firm recognises the benefits of structured and governed data and will need the Data Lead to create a pathway for existing and future data to be clean and accurate for the business to utilise. Key experience: Working within a similar role, ideally a professional services environment Proven track record leading on Metadata, Data Quality, Master/Reference Data and Data Model ManagementEnd to End delivery of a Data Strategy - including securing investment, managing design and technology decisions Remote Working: Given the structure of the firm and its requirements, they are happy for the candidates to be fully remote across the UK As a responsible business, we must represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
