We are currently seeking an analytical data professional who enjoys all aspects of data management and reporting, to join our client in this newly created position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a small team of 2 data professionals.
• Oversee data optimisation processes to enhance data quality, accessibility, and usability.
• Develop and produce advanced reports containing variable management information to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Assist in the automation of areas of reporting.
• Compile bespoke data visuals and reports dependent upon client demands.
• Continuously improve data management practices.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a data management role.
• Previous leadership/management experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL and other general IT systems.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of data optimisation and reporting techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in producing advanced reports containing variable management information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised.
