Data Migration Project Manager

Role Overview:
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in implementing software solutions for multiple end clients and leading the Data Migration. Your expertise will be crucial in driving excellence, improving processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role will be hybrid working and will be on site near Birmingham 2 days per week with the occasional travel to wider UK sites.

• �60,000 - �65,000 p/a (FTC)
• Location: Midlands
• Pattern: Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent understanding of data governance, data quality, and data management principles.
• Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, including data migration specialists and IT professionals.
• Facilitate Data Mapping workshops and document future state data architecture.
• Collaborate with other project workstreams to ensure data migration aligns with business processes and reporting needs.
• Proficiency in data migration tools and technologies, such as ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools, data integration platforms, and data quality tools.
• Analyze and reconcile large data sets.
• Understand and communicate technical language to both technical and non-technical staff.
