Data Onboarding Engineer

Location: Birmingham

Position: Assistant Vice President

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)

In this role, you'll be the bridge between our cutting-edge archiving technology and internal clients, ensuring seamless implementation of records management solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in meeting regulatory requirements, facilitating application decommissioning, and optimizing data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to define record content and metadata
• Configure archiving systems in test environments
• Support testing and create defensible documentation
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in relational databases, SQL, Oracle, JSON, and Excel
• Solid background in records management
• Experience in Investment Banking and financial markets
• Track record of implementing IT solutions in global financial institutions
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies (e.g., Google Cloud Suite)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
