A leading client in the insurance industry are looking for a technical Data Test Engineer to join their Data Engineering Practice. Reporting into the Lead Data Engineer, this role will be working in an agile environment where you will be developing test plans and strategies as well as contributing to exciting data projects such as a GenAI platform, new reporting setups, and more.

Responsibilities for this Data Test Engineer role:

• Develop and implement test strategies, plans and cases for data products

• Design, execute and maintain automated and manual testing processes prior to UAT testing

• Liaise with key business stakeholders, reporting on any issues

• Coordinate with cross-functional product teams to understand their requirements

Skills & Experience for this Data Test Engineer:

• Strong expertise in Data testing methodologies, particularly Data Engineering

• Proficient with Python, SQL and Test automation frameworks

• Experience testing on Microsoft Azure technology stack (i.e Data Factory, Databricks, Power BI)
