The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Database and Office Administrator to join our dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing data systems, ensuring smooth office operations, and contributing to the success of a collaborative environment.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data
* Optimising database operations
* Input candidates, clients and contacts as well as building patches
* Provide administrative support to team members, such as preparing documents and coordinating meetings
* Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring organisation and accessibility
* Assist in onboarding new staff by ensuring they have access to database systems and training
