We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Care Enablement Manager to lead and inspire our team in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

About the Role

As a Day Care Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a state-of-the-art Enablement Centre, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality support tailored to their unique needs. You will lead a team dedicated to promoting independence, social connection, and meaningful engagement in a vibrant and spacious setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding Daycare and Enablement Services
• Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and wellbeing
• Ensure smooth operation of the large, open-plan Enablement Centre, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Build relationships with individuals, families, and external agencies to continuously improve service delivery
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices

What We're Looking For

• SVQ Level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Experience in a senior care role - we welcome applicants stepping up from a Senior Carer position if they have experience in leadership or taking on additional responsibilities
• A passion for empowering individuals through meaningful activities and person-centred care
