Job Title: Residential Day Concierge
Location: Fulham, London
Salary: �28,000 - �29,000 per annum
Working Pattern: 4 on, 4 off

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and dedicated Residential Day Concierge to join our team in Fulham. As a Concierge, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standard of customer service for all residents and visitors. Your main responsibility will be to oversee the front-of-house operations, delivering exceptional service both in person and through various communication channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for providing excellent customer care in a prestigious residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company with pride while providing top-tier customer service to all residents and visitors.
• Communication: Answer phones, emails, and other forms of correspondence politely and professionally, always identifying yourself and the brand.
• Resolve Concerns: Handle any resident complaints or concerns with empathy, providing effective solutions or escalating when necessary.
• Resident Interaction: Demonstrate a proactive and empathetic approach when responding to resident requests and queries, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with care.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside a wider team to ensure a seamless service, seeking support as required to meet residents' expectations.
• Continuous Development: If additional training is needed, take initiative to request further learning to enhance your skills and maintain high service standards.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a front-of-house or concierge role, ideally within a residential setting.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and empathetically.
• A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a calm and courteous demeanor.
• Flexibility to work on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.
