Self-sufficient, PM experience, networking background, data centre deployment, transformation projects, physical to virtualJob Description: The Security Systems Engineering team builds tools and services for the monitoring and response to malicious activity on the internal network. We collect data from all parts of worldwide, service-oriented infrastructure. We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive the replacement of a legacy hardware platform across the globe for a critical security monitoring system.Job Responsibilities- Own and drive project roadmap to replace legacy deployment platform. Own a centralized document to track each on-going deployment, ensuring the deployments have the correct status, blockers are immediately identified and escalated, and next steps are clear.- Partner with internal networking teams to understand the networking requirements to deploy the new platform. Ensure dependencies are met, and push internal networking teams to remove ambiguity, process gaps, and inefficiencies.- Diligently work with Data Center teams to manage the delivery of new hardware devices. This will require escalations to Data Center and Supply Chain teams to ensure capacity and space planning challenges can be resolved to unblock the new platform.- Work with Data Center teams and the immediate engineering team to ensure the configuration of new hardware devices has been carried out correctly.
