They are always on a mission to improve their technology to scale and execute their strategies with the highest level of efficiency.The DeFi Team is a small, agile team responsible for algo trading across a variety of different blockchains. They are seeking a DeFi Trading Engineer design and develop robust and scalable software for on-chain systematic trading, and off-chain applications written in Rust. You will collaborate with the Quant Trading Team and other Engineers on all stages of the project lifecycle; from concept to production.The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of blockchains, DeFi and previous experience working in automated trading. Familiarity with DEXs, protocol mechanics, blockchain fundamentals and smart contract security are all desirable skills for this role.Required Skills:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.2+ years of experience writing production quality code in a compiled language.Proficiency in web3 programming with other languages like Rust, Python or TypeScriptStrong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication skills for effectively conveying technical concepts.Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on code quality, maintainability and documentation.Desirable Skills:Experience with non-EVM blockchains (eg.
