Role: Delivery Capability Lead (Agile)Location: Hybrid (Brighton 1 or 2 days per week, and home)Salary:
£63 - 80K + exceptional Employee BenefitsKey Skills: Agile Subject Matter Expert, LEAN processes, Lead on Agile transformation, Continuous Improvement, User Centred approach, coaching teams in Agile delivery.Summary: Our client is a high-profile organisation with a large IT function responsible for delivering consistently accurate, efficient, and quality based data services. This role will lead on steering the Delivery Teams towards a consistent user-centred, Agile approach, guiding and coaching the teams to deliver value consistently and act as an in-house subject matter expert on all things Agile.The role: Build and maintain the Agile Delivery Team, encouraging and facilitating continuous improvementCoach and mentor team members and wider community to apply the most appropriate Agile and Lean tools and techniquesIdentify obstacle and help the team to overcome themReport on team performance against delivery metricsPromote Agile working in the context of DDaT approach to value delivery.You need to be able to demonstrate: You are an Agile and Lean Expert - with experience of leading and driving the delivery of Agile transformation from a hybrid delivery model. Having lived the experience of moving the development culture away from hybrid and towards Agile you are able to demonstrate:Actively driving changeContinuous improvementOvercoming challengesExperience coaching and mentoring Agile deliveryYou are passionate about Agile and driving teams to deliver as true an Agile delivery experience as possible.You have the ability to work up to 2 days per week in BrightonA broad technical background, able to work with architects to discuss the wider technology roadmap.Excellent communication and collaboration skillsDesirableGovernment sector experience desirable not essential
