As a Delivery Consultant, You'll Collaborate closely with the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent for their construction projects.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and database searches, to identify potential candidates.
Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the clients' requirements and standards.
Assist in coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update the recruitment database.
