Gold Group is an Employed Owned Trust (EOT) recruitment company based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, with a team of Recruitment Consultants, Account Managers and Delivery Consultants.

We currently operate in several industries including Construction & Telecoms, Defence & Aerospace, Engineering, Renewables which are our key markets at present.
Main Duties:

• Responsible for Vacancy Management
• Job advertising & candidate attraction - search & selection using company CRM, online Job boards and various social media platforms
• Making high volume calls on a daily basis to suit requirements
• Conduct telephone screening for all applicants responding to adverts
  

Looking for:

• Resourcing experience (Desirable)
• Driven and motivated individual
• Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
