Delivery Consultant

Due to demand, we are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team initially as a Delivery Consultant. This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference in the recruitment industry.

Right now, we are a small team with big plans to become the go to partner of choice across the UK within our specialist sectors (Construction / Healthcare / Automotive / Sales). The successful candidate will join the Commercial team servicing a warm desk of clients with scope to progress into a 360 Consultant role.

Our priority requirements sit across the Automotive and Healthcare divisions, if you have previous experience in Sales/Recruitment or have worked in one of these industries then let's have a conversation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants to understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Utilise various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract top talent.
• Screen and assess candidate applications to ensure alignment with client needs and job specifications.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and assessments, providing support throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database.
• Build and nurture relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
