Delivery Driver

Connect Appointments are recruiting a Delivery Drivers to join our Cupar based client.

What's on offer?

• Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
• £12.44 per hour - paid weekly
• Ongoing temporary contract

As a Delivery Driver, you will deliver material to locations across Fife, the Central Belt, and Aberdeenshire.

• Packing, loading and unloading delivery vans and trucks
• Delivering parcels and goods to customers on designated routes
• Maintaining regular communication with route dispatchers
• Review deliveries with recipients to ensure they're accurate
• Obtaining delivery confirmations from customers
• Cleaning and servicing van for the next delivery
• Daily reporting and inputting of metrics into store systems

To be successful within this driving role you will ideally have previous experience in a deliver role. Combined with:

• Full UK driving licence with a maximum of six points
• Good eyesight and hearing
• Good timekeeping skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Friendly and professional demeanour
• Ability to work with little supervision
