We are looking for committed individuals to join our clients Home Delivery team in Daventry as a Delivery Driver!
As a Home Delivery Driver Technician, you will be driving our 3.5 tonne vans and will participate in the delivery and installation of large domestic appliances as part of a one- or two-man team.
Our client is a nationwide B2B trusted partner of choice, proudly delivering bespoke, customer-focused value-added services. Our professional service offer includes delivery to the room of choice, unpacking and removal of packaging, installation and removal of the old appliance.
About our Home Delivery DriverTechnician role
£12.00 per hour. Temp to permanent position working 5 days per week; Monday to Friday. Shift start times between 5am -6am.
What were looking for in our Home Delivery DriverTechnician
Previous Driving experience is preferred
White goods delivery experience is desirable (although appliance training will be provided)
Full UK Clean Driving Licence
Team player
Flexible and adaptable
Uses initiative
Punctual and reliable
Self-motivated and able to manage your workload effectively
Strong problem solving skills
Good communication skills
Ability to control van stock
Basic IT skills
C1 license (desirable)
DCPC qualification (desirable)
