Demand Planning Manager FTC

TalentPool Supply Chain have partnered with a rapidly growing B-Corp Drinks business is seeking a Demand Planning Manager (FTC). This role will ensure that customers receive their orders in full and on time. This role requires a highly organised and motivated individual who can work closely with the sales team, supply planners, and other key stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of operational plans.Key Responsibilities:Develop and own the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process, balancing demand and supply plans with clear timings and responsibilities.Collaborate with the sales team to provide strategic direction on promotional activities, timings, and distribution.Oversee logistics for finished goods, including movements and storage, ensuring optimal efficiency.Report on fulfilment and OTIF (On Time In Full) scores, arranging root cause analysis when targets are not met.Requirements:Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Proven communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience in production planning or S&OP within a manufacturing or FMCG environment is essential.Proficiency in handling and analysing data within inventory management systems, alongside strong Excel skills.Ability to prioritise activities with multiple deliverables and adapt to a changing environment.As a leadership role within a small team, it is crucial that the successful candidate provides guidance and support to ensure team success. This position is a maternity cover role, based 3 days a week in London, with an immediate start date.
