We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to join our passionate team at Restaurant 1890 by Gordon Ramsay - 1 Michelin Star.
Inspired by dishes first created by Georges Auguste Escoffier during his time at the Savoy Hotel in 1890
Restaurant 1890 has created a blend between unparalleled service, culinary creativity, and exquisite wines. The restaurant offers an intimate dining experience, serving a modern French menu with a European influence, using only the finest ingredients sourced from all corners of the world and a vintage wine list to match.
Tuesday to Thursday for Dinner only Tasting Menu
Friday to Sunday Lunch & Dinner Tasting Menu
