We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de partie to join the current team of 18 Chefs creating award winning dishes across a range of fresh menu choices. As Demi chef de partie you will support the CDP's ensuring food quality is consistent and always to standard.

The ideal Demi Chef de partie will have the following:
Experience and passion for creating rosette standard dishes from fresh local ingredients.
Already be a Commis Chef
Ability to work flexible shifts
Experience within a quality hotel kitchen environment
Team player with an ability and desire to contribute and support junior team members to develop and achieve.
Excellent eye for detail and able to deliver consistent standards.
