Salary: £12 per hour + Service Charge
Working hours: 40 hrs weekly

Demi chef de partie will have:
To deputise for Chef de Partie in his/her absence ensuring you are able to prepare, cook and present 50% of the dishes within all sections.
To liaise with the Chef de Parties and Sous Chefs in ensuring there are the food stocks and dry stores produce to meet the requirements of the section.
In coordination with the Commis Chefs, ensure that all necessary mise en place is prepared and that all necessary work is completed prior to commencement of service.
To ensure the standard of all food from section is as per recipe file before it leaves kitchen i.e. Quality, standard of presentation and service adhered to.
To minimise wastage ensuring correct stock rotation and stock levels in fridges, dry stores room and cupboards.
To ensure standards of food preparation, presentation and service are adhered to.
To assist in the training of new and existing staff Commis Chefs
To participate in any training sessions that youre asked to attend.
All the above responsibilities are in conjunction with the supervisor on shift of the section, ensuring any special requirements for service and a smooth and efficient service are met.
