Responsibilities as a Demi Chef De Partie
Preparing a variety of stunning fine dining dishes to wow guests
Assisting the Chef De Parties in running sections of the kitchen
Making the most of the fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on the grounds of the hotel
Maintaining positive working relationships with every member of the kitchen brigade
Attending high-quality training sessions provided by the hotel
