40-60 hours per week - overtime & service charge paid in addition to your basic salary.�

Working with a very talented team of experienced chefs.

Plan your rota far in advance to be able to plan any personal engagements.

Monday-Friday, Monday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday

About you

A confident Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) who has experience in different sections and different cuisines.�

A self-motivated Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) who has a willingness to learn and fine-tune their knowledge within a very exclusive venue.

A Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) that is both hard-working and reliable. Someone who is true to their word and is passionate about their work.�

A Demi Chef de Partie (Demi CDP) with previous experience within 5* hotels, Private Members clubs, Michelin Star Restaurants, or equivalent preferred but not essential.
