Demolition Operator / Supervisor
Location: We are based in Inchcross Industrial Estate, Bathgate, EH48 2HR, however this role will be site based.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on level of experience.
Contract: Full time, permanent.

Demolition Operator / Supervisor - About the role:
We are seeking experienced Demolition Operators to carry out safe and efficient demolition work across various sites in the central belt of Scotland. As a Demolition Operator, you will play a vital role in the successful completion of projects, ensuring that demolition tasks are performed to the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate demolition machinery such as Brokks, 360 Excavtors, and skid-steers
Safely dismantle structures and remove debris in accordance with health and safety regulations
Ensure all work is completed to project specifications and timelines
Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
Follow strict health and safety procedures and guidelines
Work with the team to maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with site supervisors and other team members
Assist with site preparation and clearing tasks when required
Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in demolition operations (minimum of 2 years preferred)
Valid CPCS or equivalent certification for operating demolition machinery
CCDO cards for Operators including supervisors and Top men
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations on demolition sites
Ability to read and understand demolition plans and project specifications
Strong work ethic and the ability to work as part of a team
Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding environments
Full UK driving license (preferred but not critical)
