Dental Nurse

Victoria Road Dental Practice is a well established modern practice with a great team. An exciting opportunity is now available for a part time qualified & GDC registered dental nurse to join our busy mixed practice. Excellent renumeration will be offered based on leadership skills, experience and knowledge of the role.22.5 - 30 hours from Monday - Friday, includes 1 late night working on a rota system.The role of a dental nurse includes the following:- Maintain excellent surgery stock control-Assist the dentist or hygienist by providing dental chairside support duties.-Show organisation, planning and be methodcail in their daily tasks.-Maintain high standards of cross infection following HTM105 guidelines-Follow all practice policies & procedures-Establish, promote and maintain productive working relationships with all of the dental team-Assist with reception duties and perform other clerical duties if required-Knowledge and application of a wide range of dental instruments & equipment relevant for dental proceduresThe ideal candidate will:- Knowledge and experience in Implants-Be motivated-Be flexible-Be a team player-Show excellent customer care-Is an excellent time keeper-Be organised & methodical in their daily duties-Has excellent & caring communication skillsJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: From £13.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 22.5 per weekBenefits:* Company pensionSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* Dental Nursing: 2 years (required)* Implants: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: AB
