About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant in this role, you will provide individualised support to Early Years students, helping to create a nurturing and effective learning environment. Your experience and dedication will be key in fostering the development and educational growth of the children you support.

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, specifically within Early Years education
• A proactive and empathetic approach to student support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to enhancing the educational experience of young learners
