Salter Grange are currently leading the recruitment for a Tier 1 developer, who are looking for a dedicated Department Administrator to join their team in Northampton. This role offers a fantastic balance of office and remote work, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing reports
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication
- Organise and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information
- Assist with any other administrative tasks as required to support the team
Qualifications:- Proven experience working within the construction industry
- Strong background in document control and administrative support
- Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
