About the Role: You'll lead and manage the entire design department, overseeing a mix of in-house and external technicians, creating design work across a variety of healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the design process from concept to completion across diverse healthcare projects


• Lead design meetings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and company standards


• Oversee AutoCAD, Revit, and ensure BIM Level 2 compliance


• Work closely with sales and project delivery teams to meet deadlines across 150+ ongoing projects

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and BIM 360/4P


• At least 5 years of experience in the construction or contracting environment


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• Experience in design and engineering within healthcare or similar sectors
