Neos Engineering are currently working with a leader in the Plant Hire industry who are looking for a Depot Manager. This is an incredible opportunity to work for a massive organisation within the sector that is well known & well respected within this field. The business specialises in Heavy Plant, Powered Access, Generators, Forklifts, Tower Lights and much more!

The ideal candidate for the Depot Manager role is someone from the Plant Hire sector, not necessarily who has worked within the exact field but someone who has managed and led a Depot and all that comes with it efficiently and used to the day to day changes that a Depot Manager is used to!

The day to day role of the Depot Manager is to make sure all elements of the depot are performing perfectly and clients are being looked after. In this role you will be overseeing a large team of Workshop Engineers, Field Engineers, Office Staff and Apprentices. The clients are of upmost importance, maintaining high standards and being able to support clients with reliable equipment at short notice is pivotal.

The Depot Manager role is predominantly office based and you will very rarely be required on site. The company is a well known & well respected organisation within the industry, this is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate to either progress or someone who is experienced within this field who wants to make the Depot their own!

 The Role:

• Depot Manager
• Managing Workshop, Field and Office staff
• Assisting engineers, controllers & parts departments
• Liaising with clients

The Candidate:

• Experience working within the Plant Hire industry
• Experience as a Depot Manager or ready to take the next step
• Full Driving License.
