Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Fuel�Depot Manager to join our team in Oban. This is an exciting opportunity to manage our operations at a key location and contribute to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the depot in Oban, ensuring efficient and safe fuel distribution.


• Manage a team of staff, providing leadership, training, and support.


• Monitor and control stock levels, ensuring products are always available and delivered on time.


• Maintain high standards of safety, health, and environmental compliance.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and local authorities.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve depot performance and drive growth.


• Ensure that all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.


• Report to senior management on performance, operational issues, and opportunities for improvement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in depot management, ideally within the fuel industry.


• Strong leadership and team management skills.


• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.


• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within the fuel industry.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• A proactive and results-driven approach to managing operations.


• Full UK driving licence.
