We're looking for an exceptional DGM to ensure the effective operation of our restaurant through 5 star team management and service delivery.

Responsibilities
* Manage standards & quality across all areas of the restaurant and FOH operation
* Close alignment and support to site GM
* Line management of FOH & Hospitality team
* Briefings on on daily functions, set up and liaise where needed with BOH
* Weekly stock-takes
* Development and upkeep of SOPs
* Receive and respond to all client and customer feedback
* Develop processes for operational excellence
* Financial & departmental administration
* Ownership & implementation of H&S policies and procedures
* Ensure all quality control & hygiene systems are achieved at all times

Qualifications

2+ years in a management position
