What's involved?
As the Deputy Head Housekeeper your role will involve overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include assisting the Executive Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms are cleaned to high standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The Deputy Head Housekeeper must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Experience within a similar role within a 4 star hotel is essential.
