What's involved?
As the Deputy Head Housekeeper, you will oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas. Responsibilities include assisting the Head Housekeeper in managing the housekeeping staff, ensuring rooms are cleaned to high standards, and coordinating with other departments to meet guest needs. The Deputy Head Housekeeper must have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is essential. Live-in accommodation is available.
