Deputy Head of Park

Aramark UK is looking to hire experienced and dedicated Deputy Head of Park to join the team at Chessington World of Adventures, Chessington. This is a brand new, exciting, permanent, and full-time opportunity reporting into our Head of Park F&B on site. As the Deputy Head, you will assume full responsibility for all Park F&B operations throughout the theme Park. Lead your team to success This is a people role Provide sustained, innovative, and continuous support as we look to improve our menus across a diverse estate. Help the team create and write recipes that Suprise and delight our guests. Develop recipes, manage and monitor stringent GP targets. Ensure our team have the tools and working equipment to do their job. Provide sustained, innovative, and continuous improvement to the profitability of our offers. Coach, motivate and inspire a large team Lead by example. Take the lead on the training and development of our team leaders, management and staff. Carry out regular audits of all our food and beverage outlets and always strive to improve our standards of food safety and cleanliness. Plan and manage rotas to ensure labour % is achieved whilst still delivering an amazing guest experience. Ensure all daily paper / computer work is complete and that inventories and statistical reports are completed correctly and at the right time. Ensure a consistent high standard of hospitality for guests and our client alike, ensuring KPI scores are exceeded. Ensure payroll is completed in a timely fashion. Carry out regular one to ones with the management team ensuring goals are set and performance reviewed. Contribute to the development of budgets, line schedules and financial reporting packs. Conduct appraisals with the management team and give constructive feedback. Support the team with operational requirements if needed. You will be set up for success if you have: Experience operating as Catering Manager in high volume and multi outlet / site operation. Ability to lead and manage a large team and a passion for training. Flexible and punctual - weekend work will be involved Able to communicate at all levels across different stakeholder groups. IT literate and numerate. Exacting standards of Food safety and cleanliness. Conducts weekly audits and ensures actions followed through to completion. Maintains accurate records of day-to-day operations. Ensures compliance with all food safety, health & safety and COSHH regulations and company policies and procedures. Managed Rotas and Payroll.
