Deputy Home Manager

Experienced Deputy Manager required for a luxury care home in Oxfordshire.

This beautiful care home is bright and spacious and located just outside Oxford. The home is Good rated with CQC and offers the highest standard of nursing and dementia care within five star luxury living and hospitality.

Reporting into and deputising for the Registered Home Manager you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the care team ensuring all residents care and well-being needs are met
• Oversee safe medication management
• Participate in staff recruitment
• Staff performance management
• Manage the rota's
• Conduct and oversee effective handovers

We require someone who is / has:

• Current leadership and management experience, ideally within a nursing home setting
• Positive and creative outlook, able to engage and motivate
• Experience within the long-term elderly care sector
• Good working knowledge of COSHH and CQC regulations

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:

• �55,000 neg DOSE
• 33 days annual leave including bank holidays
